Marcia M. Valdez is an experienced Real Estate Consultant specializing in Commercial Real Estate and Strategic Management of Real Estate Offices and Sales Teams. With an impressive career spanning more than two decades, Marcia currently serves as CEO & Broker Owner at Commercial Partners since March 2022, where she applies her vast experience in the commercial market of Puerto Rico, collaborating with industry professionals, assisting, and guiding entrepreneurs in their real estate decisions.
Creator of the Commercial Real Estate Mentoring Program (CREP) and other professional educational content aimed at the real estate and business sectors. Certified General Instructor and Specialist in Commercial Real Estate and Investments.
As part of her professional career, she has led OREO asset management projects for leading financial institutions, property auctions, evaluation, and disposal of real estate portfolios for both investors and corporate mergers and successions, as well as various consultancies aimed at real estate offices at the local and regional levels.
Prior to her current role, Marcia directed the CREP Commercial Real Estate Mentorship Program as Executive Director, cultivating a new generation of real estate professionals. Her extensive experience also includes a decade at Reality Realty PSC, where she managed commercial divisions specializing in REO asset management, property auctions, and real estate portfolio evaluations.
Marcia holds an MA in Corporate Finance from UNAPEC and a BSc in Information Systems Engineering from INTEC, Dominican Republic. She is also a certified Commercial Real Estate and Investment Instructor and a Certified Commercial Investment Member. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Marcia’s professional prowess is enhanced by her skills in strategic planning, sales team management, and real estate negotiations.
